An Analysis of the Problems Faced By Primary School Teachers in FATA.

Abstract
This study is conducted to find out the problems faced by the primary school teachers in Federally
Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Hence the study was a case study of Tehsil Pandiali Mohmand Agency.
The study was descriptive in nature therefore a questionnaire was prepared for twenty two Government
boy Primary Schools for the collection of data. Data was collected through questionnaires from the
sampled school teachers and their respective Head masters. The main objectives of the study were: To
explore those problems of primary school teacher which have badly affected the condition of primary
education in FATA. And to find out the problems of primary school teacher in the domain of curriculum
issues, students, community, building, equipment’s and devices. The literature was reviewed according
to the study. The collected data was organised and appropriate analysis was made. It was concluded
that the Primary School teachers in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) faced many problems
like lack of teacher’s professional training, curriculum issues, lack of parental cooperation and
issues of school buildings infrastructure. On the basis of findings recommendations has been made.
